CAMPAIGN & ART DIRECTION FOR A COLUMBUS-BASED HEALTH FOOD RESTAURANT

As part of The Ohio State University’s marketing capstone course, a campaign concept and art direction were developed for SŌW Plated and SŌW To Go to drive awareness and engagement for SŌW To Go’s two Columbus locations.

The campaign, Raise The Bar, emphasizes SŌW’s standard of excellence as a brand while delivering an empowering message to the restaurant’s audience. The project was awarded first place by the owners of SŌW Plated.

ORGANIC CONTENT

Organic social media content is used to reposition SŌW from an aspirational brand to a realistic, every-day choice. By depicting SŌW in more casual, lifestyle-oriented settings, consumers can more easily picture themselves incorporating the brand into their own routines.

Meta Ads aimed at SŌW’s target market will position SŌW as a high-value, yet friendly dining experience while treating SŌW To Go as an essential part of the brand.

INFLUENCER MARKETING

Partnering with trusted local food creators allows SŌW to reach established Columbus audiences through authentic third-party endorsement while positioning SŌW To Go as a credible extension of the broader SŌW brand.

GOOD FOOD GOOD MOOD COOKOUT

Hosted in high-traffic hubs like the Short North Arts District and The Ohio State University, the activation introduces SŌW to new local audiences while building a remarketing database that converts awareness into trial, and trial into repeat visitation.

SHORT NORTH DIGITAL ADS

Strategically-placed digital billboards throughout the Short North place SŌW To Go directly in the path of foot traffic near the restaurant. This will capture attention at the moment of decision and introducing the brand to people who may have otherwise walked past unaware.
